Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, I hereby request access to all documents in the Commission’s possession relating to the following two meetings that took place on 30 April 2025:

1. Meeting between the CRM Alliance and Aleksandra Kordecka, Cabinet member of Commissioner Stéphane Séjourné. Subject: CRM Act Implementation, Steel and Metals Action Plan

2. Meeting with Johannes Ten Broeke, Cabinet member of Commissioner Wopke Hoekstra. Subject: Horizon Europe, Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA) Implementation, Market Realities and Value Chain Approach

Specifically, I am requesting access to all:

Preparatory documents (briefings, agendas, talking points)

Written communications (emails, letters, notes exchanged between Commission officials and stakeholders)

Meeting presentations (slide decks, handouts, position papers)

Minutes, summaries, and notes taken during or after the meetings

Action points or follow-up documentation stemming from these meetings

If possible, please include any attachments or annexes that accompanied the above materials.

I would appreciate receiving these documents in electronic format. Should any parts of the requested documents be subject to redactions, I ask that the rest be disclosed and that the reasons for any redactions be clearly stated in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation.

If this request exceeds the standard scope, I am open to refining it in consultation with the responsible official.
