Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request all working papers and other documents containing positions, comments and text proposals of Member States on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive between 5th of October 2023 and today (18/10/2023). The information should include Member State positions on the inclusion of Financial institutions.

Dear Permanent Representation of Spain to the EU,

In October, I filled a request to access all documents on the position of Member states on the inclusion of financial institutions in the CSDDD. To this date, these documents have yet to be made publicly available. "By law, under all circumstances, the authority [of the Permanent Representation of Spain to the EU] should have responded by now".
Please, provide the documents mentioning Member states' position on the inclusion of the financial institutions in the CSDDD. I appreciate your upcoming response to this access to documents request.
