Member States TCO Information 2024
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following:
- All the information received in 2024 from Member States under Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2021/784 of 29 April 2021 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online.
Please note I'm requesting access only to anonymised communications and documents without personally identifiable information.

Hello,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 30 April 2024 under case number 2024/2273.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 24 May 2024.
The reasons for the delay are due to the large number of documents.
Additionally, all the documents requested originate from third parties,
which have been consulted.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 14 June 2024.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

However I note two missing documents in the attachments due to mistakes:
- Document 4 CZECHIA REPORT TCO 2024 Redacted1.pdf is in fact the cover email from the Czech Republic which contained the report. Therefore I'm still missing CZECHIA_REPORT TCO 2024, Czechia, 29 March 2024, reference Ares(2024)3544617
- Document 19 Transparancy Obligations TCO Regulation 2023.pdf is supposed to be Transparency Obligations TCO Regulation 2023, The Netherlands, 29 March 2024, reference Ares(2024)3544656 but is in fact containing Brev til EU-Kommissionen, Sweden, 11 April 2024, reference Ares(2024)3678927. Therefore I'm still missing the report from The Netherlands (Transparency Obligations TCO Regulation 2023, The Netherlands, 29 March 2024,
