Dear Secretariat General (SG),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The documents with statistical data on migrant detention sent by each nation to the Commission. Preferably in a machine readable format.

Pursuant to Article 19 of Directive 2008/115/EC, the European Commission has to produce a report on migrant detention. In a previous request I was informed that this report is scheduled to be published in March. (http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/commi...)
