Mineral oils contamination in food
Dear Health and Food Safety,
On behalf of foodwatch international and under the right of access to information enshrined in the EU treaties and Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request access to:
- All documents containing information about meetings held between European Commission DG Health and Safety representatives and stakeholders on the topic of food contamination by Mineral Oils since 1st January 2024, including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, meeting supporting documents, or other records of such meetings;
- All documents received by European Commission DG Health and Safety representatives from stakeholders on the topic of food contamination by mineral oils since 1st January 2024;
- All documents held by European Commission DG Health and Safety regarding meetings, discussions and other exchanges of the Member States working group on food contaminants regarding food contamination by mineral oils, including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and any other supporting documentation regarding meetings and exchanges on this topic since 1st January 2024.

- Did you mean to send an overview table with the list of all the documents together with the individual attachments? It does not seem to be included in your reply, but would be very useful to have.
- I notice that there is a break in the numbering of the attachments. Is it because some attachments are missing, or is this related to some specific internal sorting system of the documents?
