Minutes and soundtrack of the hearing in cases C-156/21 and C-157/21

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Legal Service should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Legal Service,

On 11 and 12 October 2021, the hearing before the Court of Justice in cases C-156/21, Hungary v Parliament and Council, and C-157/21, Poland v Parliament and Council took place. The Commission was a party to these proceedings and made oral submissions during that hearing, and responded to questions from the members of the Court. Consequently, the Commission has also right to access to the minutes and the soundtrack of that hearing under the Rules of Procedure of the Court.

Therefore, with regard to the mentioned cases, on the basis of the second sentence of Article 11(1) and Article 42 of the Charter, and Article 2(1) of the Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a copy of the minutes and the soundtrack of the mentioned hearing.

Additionally, should the Commission have these documents, I am requesting that they both be send in their original language.

Please send the requested documents via email. In order to comply with the requirements set out by the Regulation 1049/2021, I am also providing my postal address:
Forum Obywatelskiego Rozwoju - FOR
ul. Ignacego Krasickiego 1A
02-628 Warszawa (Poland).

Yours sincerely,
Patryk Wachowiec

Dear Access to Documents Team,

On 10 April 2022, I submitted a request for access a copy of the minutes and the soundtrack of the hearing in cases C-156/21, Hungary v Parliament and Council, and C-157/21, Poland v Parliament and Council (Ares(2022)2973344).

This request contains unintentional inaccuracies as regards my postal address. Therefore, please receive the following amendments related to the last paragraph of my application:
— "the Regulation 1049/2021" should be replaced by "the Regulation 1049/2001";
— "ul. Ignacego Krasickiego 1A" should be replaced by "ul. Ignacego Krasickiego 9A".

I hope this will not unnecessarily extend the period for your response.

Yours sincerely,
