I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request related to the minutes of the Meeting between Sandra Gallina and Gruppo di Iniziativa Italiana in March 2022.
The only document which has been released is the meeting correspondence.
In spite of the response taking almost two months to receive and the reason for the delay given as 'We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been able to gather all the elements. The request contains documents from different Services, which have been consulted for their retrieval and processing.'', it appears that at least some documents are missing, namely the minutes from this meeting.
As this was a high-level meeting including many stakeholders affiliated with the Gruppo di Iniziativa Italiana as well as the then Italian Ambassador to Belgium, there will have been more documents, including minutes, than just the meeting correspondence.
I would appreciate it if you could send me such documents as soon as possible given the already lengthy delay in my original request.
