Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All recorded minutes of meetings between European Commissioner Frans Timmermans and/or any of his Cabinet members and Wopke Hoekstra during the time period of 06/08/2023 to 06/10/2023.

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, if applicable. Furthermore, I would strongly prefer to receive the documents electronically.
