Minutes on meeting with Bayer AG

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) All incoming or outgoing correspondence between any DG CLIMA official (including the Commissioner and Cabinet members and including emails, sent or received) and Bayer AG between January 1, 2024 and February 29th, 2024.

2) All minutes and notes of and concerning the meeting between Wopke Hoekstra and Bayer AG on February 17th, 2024.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
