Modernisation Fund investments assessment
Dear Sir/Madam,
Under Regulation 1049/2001 and Regulation 1367/2006, as amended by Regulation 2021/1767, I am requesting any document that contains the following information on the EIB's operations concerning Modernisation Fund (MF):
EIB's assessment of the compliance with Article10d(1) and (2) of consolidated Directive 2003/87/EC, including the alignment with European Green Deal objectives, emissions reduction and abatement cost (annex 4) of the scheme MF 2024-2 RO 0-001 Support for development of high efficiency cogeneration capacities - in the district heating sector.
I kindly ask you not to refer me to the documents that are already publicly available on the Modernisation Fund website.
I would prefer it these documents be delivered in electronic format.
