Dear Research Executive Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

A copy of every dataset that contains line-by-line data for the 17,066 applications received for the MSCA-PF 2025 call, including but not limited to datasets that contain data on the coordinating organisations, country coordinators, scientific areas, funding decisions (proposed for funding or not), and scores awarded by reviewers.

(Reference for the number of 17,066 applications here: https://marie-sklodowska-curie-actions.e...)

If feasible, please provide the datasets electronically via the AskTheEU platform, attached as CSV or Excel files. If not feasible, please provide it them through any other channel, including but limited to by mail, in whatever file format they are currently available.

Please note that this request for documents is only necessary because REA does not proactively publish these data. In future, it may be more efficient for REA to release these data on its website.

Yours faithfully,

Till Bruckner

REA ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS

For information related to the processing of your personal data by REA, you may consult the relevant Data Protection Notice here: https://rea.ec.europa.eu/system/files/20...

Dear Research Executive Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'MSCA-PF 2025 applications datasets'.

My document request covered “A copy of every dataset that contains line-by-line data for the 17,066 applications received for the MSCA-PF 2025 call”.

REA responded that “We regret to inform you that REA does not hold a document that corresponds to the specific description given in your application.”

As my original request noted, MSCA had previously announced on its website that it had received 17,066 applications. Managing and counting these applications required REA to compile line-by-line data for these applications. Therefore, REA clearly holds at least one relevant document (dataset).

Please provide a copy of every dataset that contains line-by-line data for the 17,066 applications received for the MSCA-PF 2025 call.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/request/msca_pf...

Yours faithfully,

Till Bruckner
