Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information in relation to the Multi-Country Migration Programme for the Southern Neighbourhood:

1. Independent monitoring reviews that have resulted from project monitoring visits to Tunisia by either EU Commission staff or independent consultants recruited by the Commission (or recruited by the responsible agent contracted by the Commission for implementing such reviews) that have taken place so far in relation to the Multi-Country Migration Programme for the Southern Neighbourhood

2. Reports or reviews that have resulted from do-no-harm and human rights compliance assessments carried out by the independent third-party monitoring set up as part of the oversight mechanism to effectively monitor and gain regular feedbacks on the implementation of contracts under the Multi-Country Migration Programme for the Southern Neighbourhood in Tunisia

3. Reports that have resulted from mid-term, final or ex post evaluations carried out for the Multi-Country Migration Programme for the Southern Neighbourhood in Tunisia.

Where the names of EU or Tunisian officials are withheld under personal data considerations, please ensure that the commission makes clear the positions of these officials.

I would like to receive these documents electronically.

Yours faithfully,

May Bulman
