Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Regarding the 1st EU Contact Group on Search and Rescue (E03752) on 22.03.2021, I request, according to this group's terms of reference (Transparency - points 13.1, 13.2, 13.3), the following information:

1. The group and sub-groups registered as expert groups.

2. Group composition:
a)names of Member States' authorities,
b)names of Schengen Associated Countries' authorities,
c)the name of observers.

3. All relevant documents, including agendas, the minutes and the participants' submissions.
