Namibia partnership
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Any document - including, but not limited to, minutes, transcripts, decisions, reports and/or any form of correspondence - concerning renewable/green hydrogen in Namibia since October 2022.
Please also include any documents (including speeches, summaries, minutes, transcripts, and correspondence) relating to the visit of EU Commissioner Thierry Breton to Namibia in January 2023.
To the extent possible, I prefer the documents in electronic format.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, I kindly request to explain the denial or all redactions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I would expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
Please confirm receipt of this application. I look forward to receiving your reply within 15 business days, as established by the regulation.
Yours faithfully,
Matteo Civillini
