Dear European Union Agency for Network and Information Security,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am
requesting documents, any list or website which contain the following information:
The national cybersecurity certification authorities that each Member State has designated in
accordance with Article 58 of Regulation (EU) 2019/881 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE
COUNCIL on ENISA (the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) and on information and
communications technology cybersecurity certification and repealing Regulation (EU) No 526/2013
(Cybersecurity Act).
