Subject: Response to the public access to documents request sent via email (ENISA-IN-2023-5795) on
16 January 2023, with regard to information on the National cybersecurity certification authorities.
Dear Ms. Díaz-Quirós,
In relation to your request under Regulation (EC) 1049/2001, registered on 19/01/2023,
enquiring:
“Documents, any list or website that contains info on the national cybersecurity certification
authorities that each Member State has designated in accordance with Article 58 of Regulation
(EU) 2019/881 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on ENISA (the European
Union Agency for Cybersecurity) and on information and communications technology
cybersecurity certification and repealing Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act).’’
please be informed that the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) is not involved
in the notification of each Member State to the Commission on the identity of the designated
National Cybersecurity Certification Authority, under Article 58 (2) of the Regulation (EU)
2019/881.
Therefore, ENISA do not possess the requested documentation.
