Before we proceed to the registration of your request for access to
documents pursuant to Regulation 1049/2001, could you please provide us
with your postal address?

Also, please note that the National Emission Ceilings Directive is a piece
of legislation for which DG Environment is chef de file. If this has not
been the case yet, it might be more relevant to address your request to DG
Environment instead. However, if you would like to maintain your request,
could you please confirm that you would like to be granted access to
documents held by DG CLIMA?

registered on the 12^th February 2016 under reference number GestDem
2016/0682.

 

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
