thank you very much for your response. Please let me point out a number of issues.

First, I did not receive the December 15 email that you mentioned.

Second, the report that was supposedly sent to me on December 15 does not exhaust the scope of my original request. On November 20, you invoked Article 7.3 of Regulation 1049, implying the presence of "exceptional cases, for example in the event of an application relating to a very long document or to a very large number of documents", to quote from that regulation. It is somewhat beyond me how the production of a 3-page document that is largely a collation of information from the website of the Convention on Biological Diversity constitutes such an exceptional case. Also, I know that additional documents exist that fall within the scope of my request because I am already in possession of some of them.

Third, the email correspondence that you posted suggests to me that the extended deadline of December 11 was somehow missed and, in reaction to my reminder from December 14, something had to be put together in a hurry, resulting in said 3-page document on December 15.

I am perfectly willing to find some solution that does not involve official complaints but I would need you to take my original request seriously.
