Network of REACH SEA and Analysis of Alternatives practitioners (NeRSAP)
Dear European Chemicals Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- attendance lists for the 2022-2024 NeRSAP meetings, including a break-down of attendees regarding background: commercial, NGO, trade union, ECHA....
- an up to date membership list for NeRSAP, including a break-down of members regarding background: commercial, NGO, trade union, ECHA....
- notes / minutes of the 2022-2024 NeRSAP meetings (I have seen the agendas here: https://echa.europa.eu/sl/support/socio-...)
- the rules of procedure for NeRSAP, including how decisions are made about agenda topics, and an explanation of how NeRSAP formally and informally impacts upon the wider work of ECHA
- the budget and funding sources for NeRSAP
