Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Where is the experience of Mrs Krzeminska Vamvaka required by the official announcement for recruitment of OLAF Director A :
- At least 5 years of that professional experience must be in a field closely related to the post
- at least 5 years of the post-graduate professional experience must have been gained in a similar function at high level in a field relevant for this position
How was she shortlisted for the position of OLAF Director A without having full five years of managerial experience as at least Head of Unit ? Was there any exception from this requirement published at the official announcement?
