Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Can you publish all documents in relation to the decision to invoke Article 16 on Friday 29 January 2021?
Also can you publish any documents you have on the impact of the Northern Ireland Protocol on goods going from Great Britain to Northern Ireland?
