Dear Ms Moorcroft,

I am writing in reply to your request for documents that contain the
following information:

"1) the number of babies and children who have been taken into care in the
UK and who have fair hair and blue eyes , were born with a low birth
weight and who had failure to thrive

2) The number of babies and children with fair hair/ blue eyes who have
been taken into care in other EU countries and who have symptoms of
vitamin b12 deficiency such as failure to thrive , delayed development ,
cognitive impairment , low birth weight .

3) The number of children in EU member states who have been medically
kidnapped by the child protection regime".

I am sorry to have to inform you that the European Ombudsman holds no
documents that contain the above-mentioned information. Regrettably, we
are also unaware of other bodies that may hold such information.
