Request for acces to documents – preliminary answer  
 
By email of 11 October 2021  you have requested access  to documents 
from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  
Your request is being processed under the rules of the Danish Access to 
Public Administration Files Act (Offentlighedsloven). 
 
It has not been possible for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to answer 
your request within seven working days from the receipt, cf. 
Access to Public Administration Files Act section 36 (2). This is due to 
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs being in the process of answering a 
number of other requests for information, which were received prior to 
your request of 11 October 2021.  
 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expects to be able to answer your 
request for information within 3 weeks.
