Thank you for your request regarding “notes and documents sent by the
French Government (i.e. French permanent Representation, French Ministry
of Finances, French Prime Minister office) to the Polish Presidency for
the preparation of the first Omnibus Council draft expected for April
15th”.

 

I would like to draw your attention to the fact, that Regulation 1049/2001
regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission
documents, which is a base of your request, applies to the those three EU
Institutions only (EP, Council and Commission).

 

Member States’ Permanent Representations to the EU do not fall within the
subjective scope of this regulation so unfortunately we cannot share that
documents with you as they are Council documents not a Polish Permanent
Representation ones.
