Output special adviser Olbrycht
Dear Madam, Sir,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents related to the work of Mr Jan Olbrycht as a special adviser from his appointment on 14 May 2025 until 23 October 2025. This is including but not limited to: reports, briefings, e-mails, letters, presentations, verbatim reports and (confidential) minutes of meetings, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, operational conclusions and lines to take.
Only digital copies are required, please consider the environment by not sending me any physical mail.
I am of course available to clarify my request further if needed.

For your information, the terms of employment of Mr Olbrycht as a Special Adviser do not provide for any obligation to deliver written outputs; he rather contributes directly with his expert knowledge on an ad hoc basis.
