Dear European External Action Service,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'outsourcing of FIMI monitoring to Inspiiro/Cronos'.

I understand the need to safeguard public security but EEAS is supposed to balance this with the right to information. I do not believe it is reasonable or proportionate to completely deny me access to 61 documents on behalf of public security. In fact, this is the first time I have been fully denied access to so many documents at once. I believe EEAS should go over the documents again, remove the most sensitive information from the documents and grant me some form of partial access.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/outs...

Yours faithfully,

Antoine Hasday
