Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Secretariat General of the European Commission should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

the German Newspaper Die Welt writes:
'Die EU-Kommission macht seit einiger Zeit keine Angaben dazu, welcher Staat wie viel Geld an die EU überweist – und welches Land wie viele Fördermittel erhält.'

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Thats unacceptable. I request:
0. Where is the information about the years before this was stopped? All the details to numbers. Links to all documents
1. Instructions and computer Source and programs how this was calculated
2. Who has stopped this? Where is the formal signed decision?
3. All documents of payments coming in and payments going out, all whats needed to calculate
4. All information available to calculate how much money gets stuck within EU commission, consultants etc that factually finance the EU apparatus
