Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to request access to the following documents related to the PETI Committee's fact-finding visit to Austria, which took place from 14 to 16 April 2025:
1. The budgetary documents or overall expense records related to the mission (aggregated totals only, no personal data);
2. The official itinerary or programme as approved prior to the mission;
3. Any internal or inter-institutional communications, invitations, notes, or decisions concerning the planning, approval, or follow-up of the mission that are not already public.

If any parts of the documents are subject to exceptions under Regulation 1049/2001, I kindly request partial access with redactions where necessary, rather than a blanket refusal.

Dear Ms Hus,

This concerns your request for public access to documents relating to the
fact-finding visit to Austria from 14 to 16 April 2025 organised by PETI
Committee.

Further to you request, Parliament has identified two database extractions
reflecting the mission costs reimbursed to the participating (a) Members

planning and follow-up of the mission, Parliament has identified the

-       The petitions on which the mission was based, namely petitions No
