Dear Secretariat General,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Copies of all subsequent applications by Andris Piebalgs which seek Commission authorization for new professional
activities under the commissioner code of conduct.
I would further like to request any emails, correspondence and meeting notes which relate to these
applications from February 23, 2015 till May 18, 2015; all opinions from the ad hoc ethical committee on
each case; and copies of the Commission's final decision in each
case.
This is a request for access to information under Article 15 of the TFEU and, where applicable, Regulation 1049/2001 which has been sent via the AsktheEU.org website.
