Inês Neves Avelãs Nunes

Dear European Union Agency for Asylum,

Under the right of access to documents established in the EU Treaties and further developed in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, I hereby request access to the Portuguese national implementation plans intended to operationalise the Pact at the national level. This plan has not been made public to the majority of organisations and individuals supporting migrants in Portugal, which limits their capacity to prepare for the upcoming national changes and to adequately support migrant communities.

Yours faithfully,
Inês Avelãs Nunes
