Dear Taxation and Customs Union,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The presentation (in electronic PowerPoint form) given by the European Commission to the Fiscalis Project meeting of 18th February 2015, under agenda item 4.

"(4) Information on the first recommendation to look into, E-cigarettes – Presentation by the Commission"

This refers to the fourth item on agenda document: Brussels 3.2.2015 taxud.c.2(2015) 490338 AB/at Fiscalis Project Group on the Classification and Inclusions of (New) Products in the Scope of Excisable Tobacco Products: Agenda.

If the agenda for this meeting changed subsequently, please supply all presentations made at the meeting.
