In relation to your request of 05 March registered on 08 March, within the framework of Regulation
(EC) 1049/2001, on having access to documentation related to:
- the Impact assessment related to the EUCS (European Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud
Service)
Please be informed that the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), has identified one
relevant document. Nevertheless, based on Article 4(3) of the Regulation (EC) 1049/2001, it cannot be
disclosed, since it concerns an internal document with the aim to support internal discussions on EUCS,
within the European Cybersecurity Certification Group.
In accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, you are entitled to make a
Confirmatory Application that should be lodged within 15 working days of receipt of this reply by
