Add an annotation to “provisions on penalties, as required by article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/425”

Annotations are so anyone, including you, can help the requester with their request. For example:

Annotations will be posted publicly here, and are not sent to Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs.
