Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- the TED link of the public call for tenders that was later awarded to TestWE
- date of award = signature of Framework Contract
- duration of Framework Contract
- the technical tender specifications
- was the deadline for submission of offers extended or not
- the number of bidders
- percentage % of ceiling consumed insofar
- if any LDUs (Liquidated Damage Units) have been applied
- number and names of subcontractors or branches/succursals
