- A list of meetings that concerned public procurement, between representatives for interest groups/lobby groups, including employers’ organisations, industry associations and trade unions AND Commissioner Schmit and/or his cabinet, or representatives of DG EMPL.
- Minutes of meetings that concerned public procurement, between representatives for interest groups/lobby groups, including employers’ organisations, industry associations and trade unions AND Commissioner Schmit and/or his cabinet, or representatives of DG EMPL.
- Any written communication, including emails, text messages, and any document concerning public procurement exchanged between interest groups AND Commissioner Schmit and/or his cabinet, or representatives of DG EMPL.
In all cases, the request covers the period from 1 January 2024.

Dear sir or madam at DG EMPL.
Thank you for your letter concerning case no. 2024/5324, access to documents under Reg. 1049.
To be more specific, I am looking for information about exchanges with interest organisations about the rules in vigor on public procurement, the Public Procurement Directive, ie Directive Directive 2014/24/EU . I am not looking for documents concerning specific cases of public procurement.
In recent years, trade union organisations have complained that the directive should be reviewed. I am looking for any exchange DG EMPL, the Commissioner or his cabinet have had on the subject of reviewing existing rules with interest organisations, be it on the trade union side or the employers side.

Dear Sir,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 08/10 under case number 2024/5324.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on today, 21/11/2024.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 12/12/2024
