Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Meetings held between the members of the European Parliament's JURI committee and Qualcomm between January 1 and Monday 19 June.

-All minutes, agendas, summary, memos and any other reports of these meetings, issued both in preparation and after the meetings took place.
- All correspondence including attachments (including, but not limited to any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) and followups, between any Directorates General/the cabinet, Commissioner Vestager and the companies/organizations or any intermediaries representing their interests.
- All correspondence including attachments (i.e. any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) and followups, between any Directorate Generals, the cabinet and Commissioner Vestager about those meetings, issued both prior and after.
- All documents prepared for the meetings and exchanged in the course of the meetings between both parties.

Following your request about documents related to meetings between the
members of the JURI Committee or the cabinet of Commissioner Vestager and
Qualcomm, between January 1st and Monday 19 June 2022, we can provide you
with the following:

Regarding the Commissioner’s meetings please be aware that we can only
treat requests which involve the Parliament’s administration, and. which
concern specific Parliament documents. The Commissioner’s official meeting
records, which include meetings of the cabinet, can be found on their
personal website under [1]this link. You may request access to Commission
documents [2]here .

Please note that Parliament does not hold any documents related to
meetings between Members and third parties, if the meeting was not part of
a parliamentary activity (e.g. in the context of a committee meeting) and
was therefore held without the involvement of Parliament’s administration.
Indeed, Parliament’s administration has no access to Members’ private
offices (see also paragraph 2 of Rule 122 of Parliament’s Rules of
Procedure).

Documents related to meetings of the JURI committee are available [3]here
. Meetings between Members and interest representatives are published on
Members’ websites.

The current members of the JURI Committee can be found on the Committee’s
website, available at the [4]link. From there by clicking on a particular
member, you can access their website and find list of meetings on the
right side of the page under Home -> Meetings. Such meeting declarations
are regulated by [5]Rule 11 of the Rules of Procedure of the European
Parliament.   

For information about interest representatives and their activities you

well as the record of their meetings with the Commission are available at
