Dear Mr Haar,

We are writing concerning your request for access to European Commission
documents registered on 1 December 2025 under case number EASE 2025/6308,
in which you ask for 'minutes from the Commission's new targeted
consultation praxis, the "Reality Checks", organised by the Directorate
General' as well as 'participants lists from the same "Reality Checks"'.

Reality checks are a consultation tool, where the Commission services seek
technical feedback from those implementing or directly affected by EU
rules, policies and programmes. The Commission's Directorate-General for
Translation does not prepare legislation and thus does not organise
reality checks as mentioned in your request. Therefore, we have closed
this case.

We note that you have addressed similar requests to other Commission
services, who will get back to you regarding those requests.
