Reality Checks - participants lists and minutes
To the Secretariat General of the European Commission, Transparency
Regarding: requests for access to documents concerning Reality Checks
Dear sir or madam.
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- minutes from the Commission's new targeted consultation praxis, the "Reality Checks", organised by the Directorate Generals EMPL, DEFIS, FISMA, CNECT, EAC, ECHO, REFORM and DIGIT.
- participants lists from the same "Reality Checks".
The above was already covered by requests sent to you on 25 November, however according to a letter received last Friday (13 December), you received multiple copies, and it was only clear the requests covered DG EMPL, DEFIS and FISMA.
I appeal to you that you handle this request, which concerns only few documents, as swiftly as possible given that the request in those three cases were understood by you already on 25 November.
Yours faithfully,
Kenneth Haar
