Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

A copy of the reasoned opinion sent to Ireland regarding restrictions on advertising
on the free movement of services in breach of EU rules (breach of Article 56 TFEU, and the Services Directive sent in January 2019 as referred to in section 10 of the below press release

I understand that the infringement file was closed following the commencement of section 218(1) (2) and (4) to (8) of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 and the Advertising Regulations 2020 (SI 644 of 2020).

Given the file has been closed, I don't foresee any basis not to grant access to the requested document.
