1- all correspondence (including email, SMS, private twitter and WhatsApp) since 1st November 2021 between Commission President Von der Leyen, and/or her cabinet and/or officials from the Secretariat-General and/or Ambassador David O’Sullivan, EU Sanctions Envoy and/or Kadri Simson, European Commissioner for Energy and/or David Berrigan, Director General, DG FISMA and/or Michael Stelzer, Deputy Head of Sanctions Unit, DG FISMA with representatives from Transneft, Government of Kazakhstan, Chevron, LukArco, Lukoil, Mobil, Rosneft, Shell, Agip, Oryx, BG Overseas Holdings, Kazakhstan Pipeline Ventures LLC, KazMunayGas and BP in which the EU’s response to Ukraine and/or Kazakhstan and/or CPC pipeline was discussed.

2- any briefings prepared since 1st November 2021 for Commission President Von der Leyen, and/or her cabinet and/or officials from the Secretariat-General and/or officials from the Secretariat-General and/or Ambassador David O’Sullivan, EU Sanctions Envoy and/or Kadri Simson, European Commissioner for Energy and/or David Berrigan, Director General, DG FISMA and/or Michael Stelzer, Deputy Head of Sanctions Unit, DG FISMA for meetings with representatives from with representatives from Transneft, Government of Kazakhstan, Chevron, LukArco, Lukoil, Mobil, Rosneft, Shell, Agip, Oryx, BG Overseas Holdings, Kazakhstan Pipeline Ventures LLC, KazMunayGas and BP in which the EU’s response to Ukraine and/or Kazakhstan and/or CPC pipeline was discussed.

3 - minutes of meetings since since since 1st November 2021 between Commission President Von der Leyen, and/or her cabinet and/or officials from the Secretariat-General and/or officials from the Secretariat-General and/or EU Sanctions Envoy Ambassador David O’Sullivan and/or European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson and/or Director General of DG FISMA David Berrigan and/or Deputy Head of Sanctions Unit Michael Stelzer with representatives from Transneft, Government of Kazakhstan, Chevron, LukArco, Lukoil, Mobil, Rosneft, Shell, Agip, Oryx, BG Overseas Holdings, Kazakhstan Pipeline Ventures LLC, KazMunayGas and BP in which the EU’s response to Ukraine and/or Kazakhstan and/or CPC pipeline was discussed.

4 - if meetings are discovered, please be so kind as to list the meetings.

I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis.
At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

To the extent possible, we prefer the documents in electronic format sent to [email address].

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.
