In your email, you request access to the following documents:
1) Remote working policy of the institution

Assessment
We have conducted an internal search of the documents falling within the
scope of your request and we identified the documents below:
1. EDA Decision No. 23/06 adopting provisions on working time and hybrid
working arrangements;
2. EDA Decision No. 18/14 of 16 May 2018 adopting general implementing
provisions on the policy for protecting the dignity of the person and
prevention psychological and sexual harassment.
Regarding the two other documents, i.e. 2) gender distribution of the
institutions positions by level, and 3) gender, diversity and inclusion
plan, we have conducted an internal search of the documents falling within
the scope of your request, and we regret to inform you that EDA does not
hold any documents corresponding to the description given in your request.
As specified in Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, the right of
access as defined in that regulation applies only to existing documents in
the possession of the institution. Given that no such documents,
corresponding to the description given in your application, are held by
EDA, the latter is not in a position to fulfil your request.
Means of redress
In accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation 1049/2001, you are entitled
to make a confirmatory application requesting EDA to review its position.
Such a confirmatory application should be addressed within 15 working days
upon receipt of this email to the Chief Executive of EDA to the following
