With regard to your email and request for access to internal documents —
dated 26 February 2025 and submitted through the asktheeu.org website —
please be informed as follows:
1. Remote working policy of the institution
Remote working at Eurofound is governed by the following two documents,
whose access is hereby granted:
1. Eurofound model decision on Working time and Hybrid working (Decision
No 9 of the Management Board Committee for Staff Matters adopted 2
July 2024).
2. Guidelines For Implementing Provisions On Working Time And Hybrid
Working (internal rules adopted in July 2024).
2. Gender distribution of the institution positions by level
Regulation EC(1049) 2001 concerns access to existing documents. No such
document exists. However, in the attached excel file titled ‘2. Gender
distribution by level’ the information you request is provided.
3. Gender equality plan and Diversity equity and inclusion plan
No such document exists. Eurofound does not currently have a Gender
equality and Diversity equality and inclusion plan.
However, as a member of the EU Agencies Network (EUAN) Eurofound has
committed to implementing the [1]EUAN Charter on Diversity and Inclusion,
adopted in May 2021.
In May 2024, a Diversity & Inclusion Committee (D&IC) was established in
the Agency to promote awareness and provide advice to management on
policies in the area of diversity and inclusion. Access is therefore
provided to the following document:
3. Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Office Notice announcing Eurofound’s

4 ) Harassment policy
Access is granted to the following document:
