Subject: Eurojust’s reply to your initial application for access to documents (2025/A/02)
Dear Ms Turku,
I refer to your request for access to documents, dated 26 February 2025, and registered at
Eurojust on 27 February 2025, under the above-mentioned reference number.
1. SCOPE OF YOUR REQUEST
By your request, you seek access to documents relating to:
i.
Remote working policy of Eurojust;
ii.
Gender distribution of the Eurojust positions by level;
iii.
Gender equality pan and Diversity equity and inclusion plan;
iv.
Harassment policy.
2. ASSESSMENT UNDER THE DECISION ON PUBLIC ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS1 Eurojust provides access to the following documents:
1. Working Time and Hybrid Working – Guide for Staff and SNEs (addressing point (i) of your
request);
2. Eurojust Single Programming Document 2025-2027, in particular tables 29 and 30
(addressing point (ii) of your request).
In accordance with Article 4(6) of the Decision, Eurojust grants partial access to following
documents:
3. Decision of Eurojust on the policy of Eurojust for protecting the dignity of the person and
preventing psychological and sexual harassment (addressing point (iv) of your request).

4. Executive Board Decision 2023-03 of 23 October 2023, on working time and hybrid
working (addressing point (i) of your request).
In both these documents the name and signature of the signatory are deleted on the basis of
Article 4(1)(b) of the Decision, which protects personal data from disclosure.
Eurojust informs you that it does not currently hold any documents relating to item (iii) of your
request. However, a Diversity Equity and Inclusion plan was included, for the first time, in Eurojust’s
HR Strategy. Therefore, a specific action plan is due to be devised next year.
3. MEANS OF REDRESS
Finally, I draw your attention to the means of redress available against this decision. In
accordance with Article 6(7) of the Decision, you are entitled to make a confirmatory application
requesting Eurojust to reconsider its position within 15 working days of receiving Eurojust’s reply.
