Reports on EU funds
Dear Regional and Urban Policy,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:
-the audit reports conducted by the European Court of Auditors (ECA) on the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and presented to the European Commission and national governments for the year 2018, including the annual report presented to the European Parliament and the Council of the EU.
-the audit reports conducted by the European Court of Auditors (ECA) on the European Social Fund (ESF) and presented to the European Commission and national governments for the year 2018, including the annual report presented to the European Parliament and the Council of the EU.
I would be greateful if you could provide me the information in digital, machine-readable format.

Dear Ms Tombini,
We refer to your access to documents request sent on 28 May 2020 under
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and registered on 28 May 2020 under the above
mentioned reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, the Commission will
not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within
the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 19 June 2020.
An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns third
party’s documents and consultation with the third party must be conducted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 10 July 2020.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
