Reprogramming of Structural Funds in Portugal (2007-2013 and 2014-2020 Periods)
Dear Regional and Urban Policy,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information.
I seek documents related to the reprogramming of structural funds in Portugal, covering both the 2007-2013 and 2014-2020 funding periods.
Specifically, I am requesting the following documents at both the national level and for the two regions: Norte and Centro:
1. Formal proposals submitted for the reprogramming of Operational Programs, the National Strategic Reference Frameworks and Partnership Agreements.
2. Approval documents from the relevant Monitoring Committees, including any meetings, minutes, or records of approval.
3. Evaluation documents from the European Commission that assess the submitted proposals.
Additionally, if the European Commission requested changes to the formal proposals, I request:
* Any correspondence or communications between the national and regional authorities and the European Commission discussing or requesting modifications,
* Revised proposals that incorporate these requested changes,
* Final approval documents following the requested revisions.
Please provide these documents in electronic format, where possible.

number of documents; • in order to retrieve the documents requested, large
files have to be examined; • (part of) the documents requested originate
from third parties, which have been consulted; • the application concerns
documents held by different Services, which must be consulted. Therefore,
in line with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, we need to
extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new time limit
expires on 11/12/2024.

Thank you once again for kindly sending me the files. I truly appreciate your support.
However, I had requested documents for both the national level and the two regions. It seems that the documents related to the national QREN have not been included but only focus on Norte and Centro. As far as I understand, there were reprogrammings at the national level, particularly in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
Would it be possible to forward me the reprogramming versions of the QREN as well? Having access to these documents would be incredibly helpful for my work.
