Request for Access to Documents Regarding Meetings and Correspondence with Real Estate Companies

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) Minutes and other notes from meetings (including online meetings) between the European Commission and representatives of Heimstaden, Balder, Vonovia, and NREP (from 1/1 2014 until the date of this request);
2) All correspondence (including emails and instant messages) between the European Commission and representatives of Heimstaden, Balder, Vonovia, and NREP (from 1/1 2014 until the date of this request);

Dear miss Lindblom,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 23/01/2025 under case number 2025/0534.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 13/02/2025.
This application concerns a very lage number of documents which fall under
the scope. In order to select the relevant ones a large amount of files
have to be examens, which stem from different Services. Unfortunately,
this has taken up a large amount of time. Therefore, in line with Article
7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, we need to extend this time limit
by 15 additional working days. The new time limit expires on 06/03/2025.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Ares(2022)1368725 and Ares(2023)533588.
On behalf of the Directorate-General for Climate Action, we would like to
inform you that all documents falling under the scope of your request,
which we had identfied, have already been disclosed by the
Secretariat-General of the European Commission in their reply to your
request, registered on 11.02.2025 under Ares(2025)1061064.
We further investigated in the current Cabinet of Commissioner Hoekstra
and in our operational Units in DG CLIMA, but not further documents have
been identified.
Therefore, we close this case.
