Request for access to documents videoconference of 24 November 2021 (CAP and wolf attacks)
Dear Agriculture and Rural Development,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
On Wednesday, 24 November 2021, a meeting took place in which Mr Janusz Wojciechowski, European Commissioner for Agriculture, participated via videoconference with Mr Josef Geisler, Deputy Governor of Tyrol (Austria).
According to publicly available information, the meeting concerned the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and wolf attacks / large carnivore management.
I request access to all documents held by the European Commission that relate to this meeting, including but not limited to:
- meeting agendas or invitations;
- briefing notes, speaking points, or preparatory documents provided to Commissioner Wojciechowski;
- minutes, summaries, internal notes, or records of conclusions;
- follow-up correspondence or internal communications referring to this meeting;
- any emails, attachments, or documents exchanged between the Cabinet of Commissioner Wojciechowski, DG AGRI, or other Commission services and representatives of the Tyrolean regional government in preparation for or following the meeting.
If any of the requested documents contain personal data, I ask that they be released with appropriate redactions, in accordance with Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation 1049/2001, rather than withheld in full.
If parts of this request fall under a different Directorate-General or service, I kindly ask that it be forwarded internally in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation 1049/2001.
I would prefer to receive the documents in electronic format.

Dear Ms Hus,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 19 January 2026 under case number EASE 2026/0351.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 9 February 2026, part of the documents
requested originate from third parties, which have been consulted.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
