Currently waiting for a response from Secretariat General of the European Commission, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Emmanuelle Picaud

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I seek access to all documents and correspondence - including, but not limited to, emails, letters, memos, briefings, meeting requests, agendas, minutes, and reports- regarding meetings of TENEO, TEHA Group S.p.A., or The European House - Ambrosetti, with the European Commission.

My request covers all meetings between 1 January 2025 and 28 April 2026 with these stakeholders.

Where exemptions apply under Regulation 1049/2001, I ask for partial access in accordance with Article 4(6), with refusals clearly justified by reference to the relevant provisions. I also request that you assess whether there is an overriding public interest in disclosure.

Only digital copies are required.

I am, of course, available to clarify my request further if needed.

Yours faithfully,

Emmanuelle Picaud
