Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I hereby request the following information related to the EU-funded projects ANDROMEDA (Grant Agreement No. 833881) and NESTOR (Grant Agreement No. 101021851), ROBORDER (Grant agreement ID: 740593) specifically in relation to the Evros border region of Greece:

Any documentation regarding the trial, operational deployment, or permanent installation of surveillance systems funded through these projects in the Evros area, including but not limited to thermal cameras, radars, drones, ground sensors, patrol boats, or command-and-control software platforms.

Reports or evaluations regarding the continued use of infrastructure beyond the formal trial period, particularly in Orestiada, Fylakio, or the site known locally as the "Forest Hut" (used by the Hellenic Police).

Any Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), legal analyses, or internal assessments concerning the compatibility of these deployments with EU data protection, fundamental rights, or ethical frameworks.

Correspondence or contracts between the European Commission (or Frontex) and Greek national or regional authorities, including the Hellenic Police or the Ministry of Migration and Asylum, regarding implementation or testing of ANDROMEDA or NESTOR and ROBORDER systems in the field.

Given the significant public interest and use of public EU funds, I kindly ask for these documents to be made accessible in full, or with minimal redactions where necessary.

I am happy to clarify or narrow this request if needed and would appreciate confirmation of receipt.

Sincerely,
Ismini Mathioudaki

European Border and Coast Guard Agency

Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

When I try to use the token and case ID, I get this error: "Invalid token data provided"

It's not the captcha error because when that is incorrect, it gives a different error message.

Yours faithfully,

ismini nikoleta mathioudaki
