Dear Ms Lobina,
With the aim to better define the scope of your above-referenced request
concerning the Commission' s and the Member States’ submissions in case
C-769/22, we would like to check whether it extends to Hungary’s
submissions, too?
Further, shall we consider that by ‘The written submission by the
Commission in C-769/22 Commission v Hungary’ you actually mean the
submissions of the Commission in this case (i.e. plural, not singular
form)?
Thank you in advance for your reply.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I would like to respond in the affirmative on both counts, so yes, I would like to see Hungary's submissions too, and all of the Commission's submissions.
Thanks again.

Dear Justice and Consumers,
Many thanks for your prompt reply.
After having reviewed the fair solution proposal options, I would like to request access to 10 statements of intervention - namely from Germany, Ireland, Malta, the Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Finland, and Belgium.
Where possible, I would like to be access the French translation, and if not, the original version in the language of the MS will suffice.
I appreciate that the process is going to take longer, and I am grateful for your help.
Yours faithfully,
Benedetta Lobina
